We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

FULL-TIME HOST / HOSTESS
4-6 Shifts per Week (Five Days a Week) / Wed-Sun (Approximately 30-40 hours per week.)
Previous full service restaurant experience preferred but not required. Previous customer service experience very helpful.  Looking for someone with drive, a friendly personality, and the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced but friendly establishment. Perfect position for someone looking for a regular, dependable, year-round schedule. ($18 per hour to start + tip share).

PART-TIME HOST / HOSTESS
2-4 Shifts per Week / (Approximately 8-20 hours per week.)
Previous full service restaurant experience preferred but not required. Previous customer service experience very helpful.  Looking for someone with drive, a friendly personality, and the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced but friendly establishment. Position does not require late nights, and weekend afternoon shifts are available. ($15 per hour + tip share).

FULL-TIME SERVERS
5-6 Shifts a Week / Wed-Sun (Approximately 30-35 hours per week.) 
Top Earners average $1500 for a five-day 35-hour week (over $40/hour).
Full-time Absolutely Requires Sunday Availability.
Previous full-service restaurant experience preferred. Beer knowledge a huge plus, but is not required if applicant is willing and able to learn. Looking for someone with drive, a friendly personality, and the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced establishment. Interested and qualified servers may also cross-train as bartenders.

PART-TIME SERVERS & BARTENDERS
1-3 Shifts a Week / Wed-Sun (Approximately 8-20 hours per week.) 
Previous full-service restaurant experience preferred. Beer knowledge a huge plus, but is not required if applicant is willing and able to learn. Looking for someone with drive, a friendly personality, and the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced establishment. Interested and qualified servers may also cross-train as bartenders.

FULL-TIME BARTENDER
5-6 Shifts a Week / Wed-Sun (Approximately 40 hours per week with occasional overtime.)
Hourly+Tips ($15/hr+Tips) 
Absolutely Requires Sunday Availability.
Applicant should have bartending experience and at least a basic knowledge of beer styles. Knowledge of draft technology and skills to handle coupler changes, faucet changes, and maintenance, draft line basics, CO2/Nitrogen supply, etc. is a big plus! We're one of Chicagoland's premier beer destinations and we take our beer quality seriously. Bring your skills and help us maintain our shining reputation! Got bartending skills and want to learn about draft technology? Bring your physical ability and we'll teach you the technical skills you'll need!

Applicant should be upbeat, energetic, and hard-working, with a high level of focus and awareness. Multitasking ability is a must. Must be able to move full kegs of beer regularly (weighing up to 160lbs each). Occasional serving is required as bar and pub offers full dinner service. You should be responsible, punctual, and professional. Must be available Weds-Fri 3:30-Close / Saturday & Sunday from 11:30-Close. No late nights. Off every Monday and Tuesday.

FULL & PART-TIME DISHWASHERS/KITCHEN ASSISTANTS
2-6 Shifts a Week / Wed-Sun (Approximately 15-40+ hours per week.) 
ABSOLUTELY MUST be available Sundays. (Off on Mon & Tues.)
Must be available afternoons and evenings. ($18/hour to start.)

FULL & PART-TIME BUSSERS or BARBACKS
2-6 Shifts per Week / Wed-Sun (Approximately 10-40 hours per week.) 
MUST be available Weds-Sun. (Off on Mon & Tues.) ($14/hour + tips = avg $20+/hour)
